A tiny cabin may have fewer amenities, but it is easier to take care of because there are no nooks and crannies. First, it’s good for the environment, second, it’s cheaper than traditional housing, and finally, it’s a lifestyle step towards minimalist living. Tiny houses give homeowners the chance to own a home that is very affordable despite their small size. As real estate prices continue to surge, people often find themselves sharing their properties with spouses or children. The housing market is currently experiencing one of the worst recessions in recorded history, and this is especially true for the real estate sector.

The interior space could also fit a second loft if someone would need extra storage or sleeping capacity. The Sequoia is our first tiny house on wheels model and served as a prototype, which is why it differs from all of our other models in many ways. It is characterized among other things by the lines of its roof and the location of the door. It also has a single loft that overhangs from 24in to enlarge the space to the outside of the house, without interfering with the open concept of the entrance. When entering the tiny house, the feeling of height is striking, and this is exactly the goal of this model. Indeed, the 11 ft high ceiling creates a huge space, in addition to giving the opportunity to use the top of the walls for storage in order to clear the lower space.
